Every Ridgebeam starts the same way

It runs on its own private server. Not shared software, not someone else's platform.

It arrives already connected. Your project management software, your books, your CRM, your email, your calendar, and your files, whether you run on Google or Microsoft or both. Day one, it sees what you see. Your contacts come with it, including the ones stuck in somebody's phone.

It remembers everything. Every contact, meeting, promise, and deal, with a record of every action it has ever taken.

It protects itself. Backups every night that we actually test, and a watchdog that checks the system hourly.

You can see your whole operation in one place. Every firm gets a dashboard. It shows your own information arranged by job, not by which program it came out of, because a window per program is what you already have. Underneath it, a record of everything the system did, so nothing is taken on faith.

Somebody reads your business back to you. A month after you go live, and every quarter after that, you get a written read on your own operation: where work is piling up, what is actually working, and what to fix next in the order it is worth fixing. Your AI consultant walks you through it. It is built out of your own numbers, not a template.

It stays yours. We own and run the private server it lives on, so there is nothing for your team to set up or look after. You hold your own AI account, the same way you hold your email. And if we ever stop working together, the system and every record in it go with you.

The packages

Then you choose what it does for you

Think of each package as a digital worker. You choose the ones you want, and each one puts agents to work on a part of the business: watching what comes in, doing the drafting and the chasing and the assembling, and handing you the work finished and waiting on your approval. The connections are already there, because they come with Core. What a package adds is the labor, not another program for somebody to learn.

Meetings and Inbox

Your agent sits in every meeting and reads every email. Each meeting becomes a summary filed to the job, a set of action items, and a recap email drafted before you are back at your desk. Replies and follow-ups sit drafted in your inbox, in your voice. What somebody promised on a call gets an owner and a date instead of living in one person's head, and you accept it or you throw it out.

Selections and Change Orders

A client picks a different tile at a design meeting. Your agent catches the decision, writes it against the job, drafts the change order, and tells your estimator first, before the estimate goes out wrong. It keeps every pending selection on one list with a date and chases the homeowners who are late. This is the coordinator most firms do not have and cannot justify hiring.

Money

The work of a billing clerk who never loses a receipt. Vendor invoices read and matched to the job's budget lines, with a person confirming before anything bills. Draws assembled to the penny: the invoice, the cover sheet with the job's running history, the worksheets, the vendor backup. Payroll hours landed on the right jobs. Over budget shows up while the job is still running, not at closeout. On its first run at one firm, rebuilding five real jobs' billing, it found the office had under-charged by $362.

Obligations

A sub's insurance lapsing the week before they are on your site. The eleven month walk on the house you finished last spring. The lien releases nobody has chased. Nothing arrives to remind you about these. There is only a date, and something has to be watching it. Your agent opens the item with an owner, a time, and what to bring.

Reporting and Chasing

You name who owes you what and how often, and your agent does the asking. On the day, the ask goes out, drafted for your approval. Two days of silence gets a nudge. Still silent comes to you. Pointed the other way, the reports you owe a partner or a bank get assembled out of what the system actually sees, never a number somebody made up.
