Ridgebeam

About

The beam everything hangs from.

A ridge beam is the single structural member at the peak of a roof. Every rafter hangs from it, and it carries the load down to the ground. That’s the job we signed up for: the operational backbone your firm hangs its business on.

Ridgebeam exists because of a pattern we kept seeing inside real design-build firms. Good people, good software, and a gap between every system that only a human could fill. Owners working 12-hour days, 3 of them below their pay grade. Office managers retyping the same job into three tools. Thirty-thousand-dollar software that never integrated.

We don’t sell logins. We walk your operation, draw the plans, build the system, and stay.

Jen Seregos, CEO

Jen Seregos runs her own companies on the same kind of system Ridgebeam builds: an AI operating system that handles scheduling, client communication, meeting follow-up, and reporting across three businesses, with a person approving everything before it goes out. Ridgebeam is that system, rebuilt for design-build.

She works hands-on inside design-build firms today. The problem list on this site comes from those firms, not from a survey. Recent client results include identifying $4,800 a month in wasted tooling spend and returning 15+ hours a week to key employees.

She is also the founder of the Monterey Bay AI Association, a trade association building an AI-literate workforce.
