We scope the build from your roadmap with a fixed quote. Your Ridgebeam gets built into the tools you already use (your project software, your CRM, your books, your inbox). No rip-and-replace. Your team gets trained on it. And nothing goes out the door without a person approving it first.
Stay on the job
A monthly operations retainer. We watch the system, fix what breaks, and build what’s next as your firm changes. New hire? Software switch? New workload? Your Ridgebeam gets updated. You’re never left holding a system nobody maintains.
